How it works

The easiest and most cost-effective way to manage your office

With a virtual office, you can run your business from literally anywhere.

Locate your virtual office in the most impressive Bristol postcodes and share your new address on your website, invoices, marketing materials, online listings, and anywhere else you’ll be seen.

Then any post your receive will be managed and forwarded to your nominated address or inbox.

Access to our Virtually There Portal makes it easy to review old and new mail so you never misplace a letter.

You can even have your virtual office number diverted to your mobile.

Five benefits of a virtual office

To be a successful business owner, you need to be able to think in new ways. That’s what brought you here in the first place, after all. It’s because you understand that renting a virtual office is the most affordable way of getting a prime location for your business.

So, let’s take a look at exactly why renting a Virtual Office could be one of the best decisions you make this year:

A great first impression

Your clients will often assess you online before making contact. So, it’s important you nail it. Your website is important, but quite often potential customers will discover you on online listings first.

Now, your home may well boast a well-kept garden and beautifully clean windows, but does that scream ‘professional’. Besides, do you really want your home address displayed all over the internet?

Well, you don’t need to. You can get yourself a swanky virtual office that gives off just the right impression of your business. And you can use it on your website, online listings, invoices, social media, anywhere you’re likely to be seen.

Look flash, save cash

A Virtual Office is the cheapest office option when starting a business. You can rent one in Bristol for a little as £20 a month.

Not only do you get a prime location to show off to your future customers, suppliers and competitors, but your mail is collected and forwarded to you by our team.

You can even use this address to register your company with Companies House if you add a Registered Company Address addon.

Your office phone can be activated too, so your business calls can be answered by a virtual reception or diverted straight to your mobile.

Rely on your virtual office manager

Don’t worry, they’re not after your job! But your virtual office manager will take care of collecting and sending your mail to your inbox or nominated address.

If you choose to receive your post digitally, and as long as you have internet access, your mail is at your fingertips anytime, anywhere.

And by adding a virtual reception to your office subscription, you can have a friendly, professional voice to answer your business calls. They’ll take messages, transfer calls when necessary and even take orders or manage appointments for you.

You’re in control 24/7

With the Virtually There Portal, you can make changes and upgrade your subscription any time you like.

You’ll have access to all your mail – because let’s face it, we all lose a document from time to time, and you can make any necessary adjustments in a matter of a few clicks.

Flexible terms. Now, that’s always a selling point. Others might try to tie you into long contracts, but we prefer to trust that our service is second to none.

You can try our virtual office on a monthly subscription and cancel any time whenever you feel it’s time to move on.

If, however, your virtual office is a roaring success, you can choose to take out an annual subscription which will save you the equivalent of two months’ fees.

Again, there is absolutely no obligation, and no pressure. The choice always remains with you.

Not all virtual offices are created equal

Choosing a virtual office can be a real chore. Some providers charge exceptionally high prices, hide costs, tie you into long contracts and make it as hard as possible to cancel. So, we've put together some virtual office vitals that you should consider when choosing a business address partner in Bristol.

Who needs a virtual office?

Change the way your business operates with our Bristol Virtual Office addresses.

Businesses are changing the way they operate. Once upon a time, renting an office was not an option but an unavoidable part of running a company. This is no longer the case. More and more businesses have adopted a model of remote working. This saves on overheads but provokes the question – where is your business based? Your company needs to have an address on its website, marketing materials, invoices, and more. And no one wants their home address promoted as their business HQ.

A virtual office is a low-cost option that enables you to have a desirable business address while allowing your team to work remotely. The mail sent to your new luxury virtual office will be managed and forwarded to your nominated address.

Your virtual office subscription is a low monthly fee. And you can cancel this service any time you like. You can even use your new virtual business address as your registered company address with Companies House for just £7.50 per month.

Setting up a virtual office is simple. Select your preferred address, subscribe to the service and we’ll process you through anti-money laundering checks. From there, you can use the address wherever you communicate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
